In the past year or so, I’ve been really getting into podcasts on Spotify. The obsession first started out with Megan Batoon’s Just a Tip podcast. I have been loving her whole vibe for the longest time and wanted to get to know more of her as a person. Going on from that, I really have always just valued spiritual input. During the first year of listening to podcasts I began listening to Hillsong’s Creative Podcast because at the time, I was putting together a Creative team and really needed advice on what it looked like to cultivate a healthy, thriving team. More recently I discovered a few podcasts that have been up for a while which is great because then I have more to get through and don’t have to wait for the next release! I have had incredible encounters with God through these. He’s really speaking something precious and valuable through these ladies and I loved them so much that I really wanted to share them with you!

1. Girls Night – Stephanie May Wilson
Mission: “Each week on the show, I have a girlfriend over, and we talk through one of the biggest questions we have about our lives as women. We’re talking about friendships, and faith, and relationships, and self-confidence, about our calling in life and how to live every bit of our lives to the absolute full. I’m just convinced that life is better, and easier, and absolutely more fun when we navigate it together as girlfriends, and that’s exactly what we do each week on the podcast!”
Who? Stephanie May Wilson is the creator of this podcast, she’s here to be a mentor, a friend, a guide, and a cheerleader. She’s here to let us know that you’re not alone in what you’re going through, and that you WILL make it through. She’s here to remind us of who we are (Enough and not too much. Adored, cherished, beautiful, and deeply loved.) and to remind you who God is (We talk about God a lot around here!).
2. She podcast – Jordan Lee Dooley
Mission? Jordan Lee Dooley’s here to help multipassionate, purpose-driven women reach their potential. This podcast is meant to feel like a kick in the pants and chat with your best friend or big sis.
At some point, maybe you’ve felt overwhelmed and under equipped – and just unsure of next steps to take. Whether it’s a job, your health, a friendship or maybe all the above at the same time, sometimes the ‘right’ answers are difficult to find.
I know I’ve been there. It’s confusing, and frustrating – and worst of all – lonely. And this is the exact space where I want to step in and meet you. Those everyday situations you’ll inevitably encounter, but don’t feel equipped to execute with grace.
The direction of this podcast has been powerfully and intentionally discerned before it ever touched your ears. I hold it as such a high honor to have the opportunity to show up in your life – so I will continue to provide you with wisdom and knowledge – as well as hilarious stories – in the best way I can.
Who? I have followed Jordan Lee Dooley for the longest time. My best friend introduced me to her, at the time, she was known as Soulscripts and used calligraphy to send to women all over. Her bio states: “I love God, family, small business, creativity, women, waffle fries, and not having to wear real pants.” Which is a vibe I’m living for, really!

4. The Refined Collective podcast – Kat Harris
Mission: This is the place where done is better than perfect where quality triumphs quantity + where you can really just come as you are. So go ahead + leave that super man cape of ‘having it all together’ at the door— Because Life is freakin’ messy,—don’t
i know it y’all!
Now, not only are we gonna be real, we’re gonna have some fun too. Scouts honor. I promise you this, I will find any excuse to bring up Beyoncé, or the latest episode of The Bachelorette.
So whether you’re a new friend, or one of my ride-or-dies, you are so welcome here! Alright let’s get to it!
Who? Kat Harris created her blog, The Refined Woman in 2013. Her vision was to empower women to embrace their beauty, identity, and value through story telling. What started out as a passion project turned into an expensive side hobby, and eventually a full blown business and something I have become more passionate about than I could have ever anticipated.
5. Go and Tell Gals – Jess Connolly
Mission? To equip women to take their place in the Kingdom, using what they’ve been given, for His glory and the good of others
Who? Jess Connolly is a coach by nature. Whether it’s leaning beside a friend who’s in physical labor or speaking into the heart of a woman who has been given a dream by God – she thrives when she is cheering others on. Failure has freed her up from fear, and she’s learned to take God’s gifts and utilize them for all they’re worth – since they speak to the character of the Giver more than the recipient.
Her workdays are spent leading Go + Tell Gals, pastoring Bright City Church, writing books, teaching the Word, and using all she’s got to help women take their place in the kingdom. The rest of the time you can find her adventuring with her family, drinking too much coffee, or dancing it out.
